Romance Isn't Dead: This Woman Got Stuck in a Chimney While Stalking a Man She Met Online

 

See? Romance isn't dead! Just look at the lengths this woman went to in order to show a man she's been on a couple dates with that she's super into him. It's a love story for the ages.
Or it's just a really unsettling case of online dating gone wrong. Probably the latter.
Genoveva Nunez-Figueroa, a 30-year-old from Thousand Oaks, Calif., had to be rescued by firefighters on Sunday after she became stuck eight feet down in a chimney. And it's not a coincidence at all that said chimney was part of the roof that belonged to the man she had met online recently. The two had reportedly only been on six dates when Nunez-Figueroa tried to break into his house through the chimney, though her intent once she got into the house was unclear.
